Ladies Fitness Class
This is a 60 minute class for women of all ages and fitness levels. This is a go at your own pace fitness class utilizing resistance bands, light dumbbells, core strengthening exercises, and cardiovascular training. You will tone all over, gain strength in your core, and improve your endurance, and have fun doing so!
Ladies Core / Booty Class
This is a 60 minute high intensity class for moderate to advanced fitness levels. This class utilizes resistance bands, dumbbells, leg and booty exercises, core exercises in a fast paced, music based class. You’ll burn calories and tone your core and booty!
Ladies Kettle Bell Class
30 minute high intensity kettle bell class for moderate to advanced ladies. Burn calories, tone muscle and cardio in one session! Please bring a yoga mat to class. a beginner to moderate fitness level class utilizing 5, 8, or 10 pound kettle bells for an all over strength, core, cardio class.
Strength & Conditioning
I offer Strength and Conditioning Training for middle to high school students. Sessions include agility training, resistance bands, weights, speed drills, and fun! I reinforce strict form, correct technique, and proper nutrition with each child. Each session is 45 minutes in length. Multiple sessions can be purchased as a package for a discounted rate.

Weight Loss Challenge
My 6 week weight loss challenge is for women of all ages and fitness abilities. I provide a nutritious variety of meats, fruits and vegetables, taking into consideration food allergies such as dairy, gluten, nuts and soy.
Ladies do not train in the gym with me (unless they purchase classes separately) but instead, work on their own time, following my meal plan and exercise program. I offer online ebooks for assistance in training and meal preparation in my online store. Those who also join my online membership program get access to the trainers and ebooks for free as well as video exercise examples and the ability to weigh-in online.

I am an ACSM, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and NASM Women’s Exercise and Youth Exercise Specialist. In recent years, I have competed in and won several bodybuilding competitions under the auspices of the NPC and INBF.
As a personal trainer, my mission is to work with clients to establish and meet goals tailored to their specific fitness needs, and to improve their overall health. I continue learning and educating myself through various continuing education sectors so my clients truly feel they are always at the forefront of my training expertise. I know my clients’ time is valuable, so I will do everything possible to make sessions productive.
I do not expect my clients to be hard core bodybuilders. I will, however, emphasize the importance of being strict with form and technique during each exercise. When these two items are mastered, I increase difficulty, the variation of exercises and amount of weight. This will optimize results, so my clients can see and feel the difference that professional training makes to achieve a healthy and fit lifestyle.
Finally, I also incorporate core training, cardio, dynamic stretching, and even some fun, with each workout. I believe my clients should completely enjoy their fitness routines in order to progress and achieve their goals. My promise to you is this: If you give me effort, you WILL get results.
