My training is offered in GROUP TRAINING sessions. Group training sessions consists of (up to) 1 to 3 clients that train in a session for 60 minutes. Each client’s program is tailored specifically to your degree of fitness, customized, and progressed accordingly. Your training includes the use of resistance bands – weights- machines -core conditioning- learning proper form, technique and progression as recommended by the ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine)
ONE ON ONE personal training is offered for 60 minute sessions at a different rate per package.
IF NOT a member of Gymbo’s there is an additional $10/month gym fee that is paid separate from my packages.
I offer a 30 day Nutrition guide on my website at an additional rate to compliment your training.
I will provide detailed instructions in an easy to follow plan, teaching you to prepare for your day with healthy meals, snacks, what to purchase at the store and more!
