    I bought Barb’s book today! I LOVE that it gives sample meal plans. This allows me to gain more knowledge on how to prep food and how to mix up my daily meals. I have been stuck eating the same foods- due to not being fully skilled in the kitchen. This really helped me with food variety and gave me mini lessons in serving amount/food prep/ exercise options.

    Lets talk ladies and gents. As a mature woman, former gourmet cook,mother,wife and exercise addict thanks to all the wonderful trainers at Gymbo’s I’ve read and used hundreds of cookbooks over my lifetime. What makes this one different is that it WORKS. Easy to prep recipes,mainstream ingredients that can be found at your local store and variety. The ingredients will not break your budget and for once the cliche “tried and true” rings true. So many success stories from people who actually cook and follow Barb’s instructions. Love the breakdown of food groups. I can’t thank Barb enough for creating this gem.

    I have been training with Barb for a little over 10 months. Because of the food plan, I have truly moved forward and gotten over the hurdles I had been struggling with. Of course, her workouts have made a huge impact, and the food changes are a MUST! It can not be taken for granted or think you are smarter than the food plan. It took me some time to realize this, and has kept me from going back to bad habits that never got the results like I have today. The Nutrition guide is just another great addition to my new lifestyle… Fresh new variations for my food plan. I downloaded to ibooks so I can access from any of my devices in addition to printed copy. One of my favorite, easy and indulging recipes is the protein pancakes! I Great for breakfast or anytime with fruit and sugar free syrup if I am really feeling naughty. 🙂
    The best is, you don’t have to think much about what you are going to have for each meal. Just have all the key items available in your fridge or pantry and you are ready to make anything in this book. It has also inspired me to try a few other variations of my own. I recommend this Nutrition guide as well as the training guidance from Barbara Wenning. THANK YOU BARB!

    I have been using this guide for the past month and of course I wanted to see weight loss, but I got a lot more out of it than just that. This guide was designed to set you up for pure success. Following this guide has given me the knowledge to make healthy choices and allowed for me to plan ahead. The recipes are seriously delicious and the grocery list made it so much easier to prepare.     When I first bought this book I thought it was going to be a 30 day “diet” plan. Instead, it educates you on eating clean, and revving up your matabolism. I have lost weight, lost belly fat, but most importantly lost the inflamation associated with too many carbs and sugar. The recepies are delicious with easy prep. This nutrition guide is a way of living!
