    I have 4 days left of the 30 Day Training Guide and I can’t even begin to say enough great things about it. It’s perfect for both the beginner and for someone who is experienced. I have lost 11.5 pounds so far and feel so much stronger than when I started!! The workouts are challenging, and if you follow it you will definitely see results, which is just what I was looking for!! #barbmode

    No matter what skill level you are, this book will keep you on track. With being a personal trainer in the past, I kept telling myself I didn’t need this, but man was I wrong. I may know how to work all the machines and I may know how to create a program but I was never good at staying consistent. This guide has kept me on track and has never given me the chance to make up excuses. I love that I have this guide to follow everyday and I don’t have to think up my own routine. It’s tells you what to do each day and allows you to focus on 1 or two muscle groups a day. I absolutely recommend this book for anyone ready to make a change! #barbmode

    This training book is EXCELLENT!!! Easy to follow and very detailed to give you confidence and keep you on track in the gym. It’s a total body changer, building every muscle group in the body. I recently took this on a vacation and I used it everyday, it kept me motivated with no excuses to skip out on exercise. I highly recommend!

    This is a great guide to take to the gym with you. It gives you a planned workout for each day and helps keep you from being overwhelmed at the gym and giving up. It gives you daily workouts for different muscle groups that will transform your body. Excellent book!

    Such a comprehensive and great home training program! She has put strength training together in a simplistic way and yet when you are done with her workouts you feel as if she is with you. This program makes me feel like I am on track and strong. Be prepared to feel great!!!
