Core Conditioning / Stretching Class


30 minute high intensity kettle bell class for moderate to advanced ladies. Burn calories, tone muscle and cardio in one session! Please bring a yoga mat to class. Class offered Mondays and Thursdays from 7:00-7:30 PM



Learn proper stretching for your core, back, hips, upper body.  Very low intensity.  

Classes are offered Thursdays 615-7pm.

Please bring a water bottle and yoga mat to class.
