Core Conditioning / Stretching Class


30 minute high intensity kettle bell class for moderate to advanced ladies. Burn calories, tone muscle and cardio in one session! Please bring a yoga mat to class. Class offered Mondays and Thursdays from 7:00-7:30 PM



Learn proper stretching, foam rolling techniques, core exercises in a low intensity group setting. This class is on a rotation , every other Thursday, 7PM-735PM.

Classes are 1/2 hour in length – please bring water and a yoga mat to each session.
