Description
A 60 minute full body workout located at Veteran’s Park on specific Saturdays throughout the Spring and Fall. Look for more information posted to my Barbara Wenning Fitness Class Page.
SATURDAYS 8-9 am
Please bring your own dumbells (5-8 pound) and yoga mat, water.
