This 60 minute full body workout held EVERY Saturday – for all women/fitness levels!

SATURDAYS 9-10 AM

Training includes dumbbell exercises, resistance bands, machines, lunges, squats, tire flipping, outdoor exercises (when outside)

( proper form and techniques are taught by Barbara )

Cost : $10 – bring ONE friend for $5.00
