Speed and agility training for high school students. Each session is 45 minutes in length. Multiple sessions can be purchased as a package for a discounted rate.



Strength and Conditioning training for middle to high school students. (Boys and Girls)

The sessions are 45 minutes in length and this is a single session purchase.

Barbara teaches strength training, flexibility exercises, core and speed training, using a variety of resistance bands, kettlebells, speed and agility tools and resistance training. ALL levels are accepted.

I have experience with many students in area high schools participating in sports such as soccer, lacrosse, softball, basketball, baseball and football.
