The sessions are 60 minutes in length and the package is good for a total of 4 classes.
Barbara teaches strength training, flexibility exercises, core and speed training, using a variety of resistance bands, kettlebells, speed and agility tools and resistance training. ALL levels are accepted.
I have experience with many students in area high schools participating in sports such as soccer, lacrosse softball, basketball, baseball and football.
